Sunny Sunday!

I am excited to enjoy a beautiful Sunday with my family! We have a busy day planned between soccer games, organizing the house for our impending move, cleaning the home, and preparing for the week. But, the simple fact that it is sunny and nice outside instantly puts a smile on my face. I took my dog Quigley on a walk and used the time for meditation and quiet time. I love that!
